Return Policy

Apparel Exchanges

a) All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

b) Products must be in the same in which condition you received them. All exchanges must include original hang tags. Any exchanges missing these items will be refused. All items must be new or unused.

c) To exchange your apparel items, please email info@lemarchebynp.com

d) If you receive your item(s) damaged, please follow the same exchange instructions above but please select "damaged" as the reason for your exchange. Please be sure to note what sort of damage and upload a photo of the damaged item. 

e) All exchanged items are shipped at your risk and will not be accepted if damaged. We recommend insuring your shipment against damages when shipping a return.

f) All exchanges will be processed promptly and will be shipped via FedEx Ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchanges is usually 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm the receipt and processing of your exchange request.

g) Only products purchased through www.lemarchebynp.com may be exchanged.

h) Due to hygienic reasons panties CANNOT be returned or exchanged.   

i) SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

j) We will cover all shipping costs for one round of exchange shipments (to the warehouse and back to your shipping address.) Any further exchange or return requests will be at your own discretion and expense.

Apparel Returns

a) All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. A RETURN PROCESSING FEE OF $8 WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS AND WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

b) Products must be in the same condition in which you received them. All returns must include original hang tags. Any returns missing these items will be refused. All items must be new or unused.

c) To return your items, please email info@lemarchebynp.com. Once your request has been approved, we will email you a printable pre-paid return label.  Simply print this label and adhere it to your return box with items enclosed. Once we receive your package, we'll process your refund.

Beauty Returns

a) For hygienic reasons we cannot accept Beauty/Body/Lip product returns.

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipping carton for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for the carton to show some wear. However, if it appears wet, crushed, torn or otherwise noticeably damaged, please email us at info@lemarchebynp.com.
