What is the best way to talk to somebody at Le Marché by NP?

What is your exchange and return policy?

We are pleased to offer FREE exchanges within 14 days! Returns will incur an $8 fee to cover shipping and processing costs. Please refer to our full Returns/Exchanges Policy for more information.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we ship to the USA and Canada. If you live in another country and would like to inquire about shipping costs, we are happy to work with you! Please  contact us and we’ll get back to you with more information about international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I get a return label?

If you would like a pre-paid return label for your exchange/return, please email us via our online form with the your return/exchange request. Please include your name, order # and the reason why you would like to return or exchange your item and we will get back to you ASAP.

What size should I purchase?

We want to ensure that you feel completely comfortable in the garment you receive so please refer to our Size and Fit Guide on each product detail page to learn more about our apparel sizing. We also offer FREE exchanges if you find that you need a different size than what you ordered (limit one free exchange).

Are your Body and Lip products cruelty free?

Yes! All of our custom formulated Body and Lip products are PETA certified to be cruelty free.
